I have always believed the right outfit can change the way you carry yourself. Luxe Loom brings that feeling together in one expressive boutique edit: pieces with beautiful color, flattering shape, memorable detail, and the confidence to be noticed.
I choose every piece through a real-life lens. It should feel special enough for the occasion, wearable enough to reach for again, and distinctive enough to make the outfit yours. This is an online-only boutique, personally curated and personally supported from first look to final delivery.
My style leans feminine, joyful, and a little dramatic, but confidence is never one-size-fits-all. Luxe Loom is here to help you find clothes that work with your body, your plans, and your point of view.

Fit can vary from one style to another, so each product page shows the available options for that piece. Tall and X-Tall lengths are called out when offered. Use the size guide as a starting point, and contact me before ordering whenever you want a second opinion.

How does ordering work?
Add your favorites to the bag, enter your shipping details, and place your order. Checkout gives you an order number; include it when you pay the displayed total by card or through Venmo at @southernvintage.
What does “From” pricing mean?
“From” shows where that style starts while you browse. Once you add your exact option, checkout shows the merchandise total to pay by card or Venmo.
How do I pay?

How long does shipping take?

Processing & delivery
Shipping usually takes 5 days. Fulfillment begins after payment is matched to your order. Separate pieces may arrive in separate packages, and carrier delays can affect delivery timing.
Returns
Items must be returned in original packaging with tags still attached. Contact Jamie promptly after delivery and before sending anything back so return eligibility and next steps can be confirmed.
Final-sale items
Earrings and other pierced jewelry, intimate items, clearance merchandise, and pieces marked final sale cannot be returned for hygiene or pricing reasons. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable.
Damaged or incorrect items
Email Jamie within 3 calendar days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. The issue will be reviewed and next steps provided.
Privacy policy

Information collected
When you place an order, you provide your name, email, optional phone number, shipping address, order selections, and optional notes. Luxe Loom uses that information only to process and fulfill your order, provide support, and meet legal obligations.
How information is handled
Orders, contact messages, and order-status inquiries are sent through Formspree when you submit a form. Luxe Loom does not maintain a customer database in this storefront. Your shopping bag is saved in your browser's local storage on this device, so it is still there when you reload the page or come back later; its contents are only shared with Luxe Loom when you submit an order. Formspree, payment providers, and fulfillment partners may process information under their own policies.
Sharing
Information is shared only when reasonably necessary to answer your request, process payment, fulfill and ship an order, prevent fraud, or comply with law. Luxe Loom does not sell customer personal information.
Retention & choices
Messages and order records may be kept as needed for fulfillment, customer service, taxes, disputes, and legal compliance. Contact Luxe Loom to request access, correction, or deletion; some records may need to be retained by law.
Security
No internet transmission is guaranteed secure. Never include payment card numbers, passwords, or other sensitive credentials in order notes or messages.

Checkout submits your selected items and shipping details to Luxe Loom and creates an order number. Payment is completed separately by card through Stripe or through Venmo at @southernvintage; include the order number with your payment. An order enters fulfillment after Luxe Loom matches the payment and confirms the order.

Luxe Loom aims to present every description, image, color, and fit note accurately, though screens differ and measurements may vary by style. Availability is confirmed before an order is accepted.
Shipping and returns
The Shipping & Returns policy forms part of these terms. Fulfillment and carrier delays may occur. Luxe Loom is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, incorrect addresses, or events outside reasonable control.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the site, interfere with its operation, submit false information, or attempt fraudulent orders.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Luxe Loom is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the site or products. Nothing here limits rights that cannot legally be excluded.
